S03E003, Prayer of Jabez, Family Prayer Time

1 Kings 18:36-37

Peter and JoJo continue to encourage us to pray as a family by using prayers found in the Bible. In this episode, Peter and Jo have found a short, but powerful prayer from a guy called Jabez which can be found in 1 Chronicles 4:10.

Peter reads out this prayer: “Oh, that you would bless me and expand my territory! Please be with me in all that I do and keep me from all trouble and pain!”. And as usual Peter and JoJo pray together.

Peter and Jo encourage us to use Jabez’s prayer by praying it out loud in full or using it as a sort of template or both! This prayer gives us the confidence to go boldly to our Father in Heaven to present our requests and seek his guidance and blessings in our lives.
